Gov. Inslee Violates Campaign Laws
Glen Morgan, Executive Director of the Citizens Alliance for Property Rights filed a Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) violation against the Governor of Washington State recently. Mr. Morgan is the top watchdog in the State of Washington on all things campaign finance. Glen currently has 645 complaints filed with the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) or Ethics Board resulting in approximately $607,163 in fines and Settlements. That number represents 76 politicians, judges and PACs fined and another 110 that received warnings. The PDC just issued a formal warning against the Governor in the following letter, stating, ... "this letter constitutes a formal warning to you concerning the failure to timely and accurately disclose real estate owned on the Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1) report for 2018; and for failure to list two entities on the F-1 Supplement Page(s) for 2019 and 2020F-1 reports, as required by the statutory scheme."
