It’s time for our Representatives in Congress to file articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden.
Remember, President Trump was impeached twice, for single questionable actions. Today, I will lay out the case for Biden’s impeachment, and argue that Biden’s repeated dereliction of duty as chief executive is unquestionably valid grounds for impeachment. Congress needs to act with urgency before our country is destroyed from within.
Political prisoners and bureaucratic bullying. The case for impeachment begins with the continued detention of Jan. 6 Protesters without bail. As chief magistrate, Biden has a duty to ensure all prisoners are treated equitably and presumed innocent until proven guilty. The Biden Justice Department has become a rogue agency misusing its authority. The full power of the government is being used against Biden’s political opponents.
Quid pro quo and pay-to-play. Hunter Biden’s laptop has revealed the son of the President, and by inference President Biden himself, has been compromised by foreign agents of China and Ukraine. No one denies the laptop in question belonged to Hunter. The explosive information on that device reveals that the Obama-Biden administration was the one actually guilty of quid pro quo. The Obama-Biden Administration was (and is) like a mob: “That’s a nice little country you’ve got there, it would be a shame if something happened to it.”
Defying the Supreme Court. Biden’s CDC is trying to bankrupt property owners by extending the rent eviction moratorium (tinyurl.com/5z222fek). The Supreme Court ruled against the moratorium in June, and tasked Congress with allocating funds to help renters. Congress failed to act, and the CDC is threatening landlords with stiff fines—even though they are likely to lose their properties in foreclosure. Who wins? Big Banks. Who loses? All citizens who believe in the Constitution, and in the rule of law. Also, everyday Americans who have invested their savings in rental property in order to generate retirement income.
Weaponization of health policy. The progressive Democrats and the Biden administration have weaponized the health system to corrupt our institutions and destroy our civil liberties as defined by the Constitution. Rather than allowing states to make their own decisions, Biden is attacking and undermining the authority of the states as defined in the Constitution. Proposed mask mandates, school closures, and vaccine mandates – these totalitarian edicts attempt to destroy states rights and are clearly unconstitutional. The southern border. Our southern border is wide open in violation of existing immigration laws, and COVID-positive illegal immigrants are being shipped all across the country. At the same time, the Biden administration illogically threatens U.S. citizens with more and more draconian restrictions and mandates because of the surge in cases. If the administration was serious about COVID, the border would be locked up tightly.
President Biden has failed to carry out his primary duty to uphold and enforce the laws of this country. Some would argue this failure is deliberate and traitorous.
It’s time to impeach President Biden. Congress needs to act immediately and with urgency.
We know our political class has very little will to pursue change. Those who are corrupt will remain corrupt. Those who are bought will stay bought. Those who are threatened will hesitate. Those who are weak will give in.
But we must ask, even demand, with loud and persistent voices that those representatives who still believe in their oaths of office to file articles of impeachment. While we wait for Congress, ordinary people like you and I must continue working to restore our constitutional republic. This will take our time, energy, and attention. We must keep our eyes on the prize: the restoration of civil society and the rule of law under the constitution.
We must resist tyranny by becoming involved in our community. Set aside your entertainment, your sports, and your many responsibilities. The rule of law is being trampled upon. Our country is at war. On one side is tyranny and on the other side is liberty.
